Quotes and Inspections

Requesting a free inspection or quote through the Site does not create a binding contract for services. Any roofing or renovation work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by both you and TN Recon Roofing LLC. Estimates and project information shown on the Site are illustrative; final pricing depends on a thorough on-site assessment.

Warranties and Limitations

The Site, including all content, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site. The 5-year workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranties referenced on the Site apply to completed projects under a signed agreement, not to information posted on the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TN Recon Roofing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information posted here.

Intellectual Property
