Active Leaks
Water in the attic, ceiling stains, dripping inside. We trace the path, find the entry point, and repair the failure, usually flashing, valley, or penetration boots.

Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, hail damage, flashing failures, ice-dam damage. We diagnose, document, and fix the problem, backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty on every repair we perform.
What We Repair
Most repairs come from one of six causes. We diagnose what's happening, fix the root cause, not just the symptom, and document everything for your insurance carrier when it applies.
Water in the attic, ceiling stains, dripping inside. We trace the path, find the entry point, and repair the failure, usually flashing, valley, or penetration boots.
Bruised shingles, granule loss, lifted tabs, torn ridge cap. We document everything for your insurance claim and repair to manufacturer spec.
Storm-blown shingles, isolated damage, animal interference. Targeted shingle replacement using color- and profile-matched stock.
Step flashing around chimneys and walls, dead valleys, sidewall transitions. The places most contractors skip, and where most leaks actually start.
Failed skylight curbs, deteriorating vent boots, satellite-dish penetrations. Repaired or replaced with proper sealant systems.
Backed-up water under shingles, ice damage to gutters and decking. Repair plus ventilation upgrades to prevent recurrence.

The Process
Repair work moves fast when we can, your roof can't wait the way a replacement can.
Active leak? Same-day priority. Newer damage you noticed after a storm? We'll schedule the inspection, usually within 48 hours.
We document everything with photos, identify the root cause, and write a clear repair scope.
Line-item estimate. If this is an insurance claim, we share the documentation with your carrier and can join a three-way call with your adjuster.
Most repairs complete in a single day. Larger scopes 2–3 days. Clean job site at the end of every visit.
We review the repair with you, hand over warranty paperwork, and stand behind every shingle we touched.
Repair vs. Replace
Repair is right when: the damage is isolated, the rest of the roof has meaningful service life left, and the underlying deck is sound. Most of our repair jobs fall here, a flashing failure, hail damage in a contained area, or a tree-limb strike.
Replacement is right when: you have widespread granule loss across the field, multiple leak points, or a roof in the last 20% of its service life. We'll tell you honestly, and a repair quote often becomes a replacement conversation when the inspection surfaces problems you didn't know about.
Either way, the free inspection includes the math: cost of repair now vs. expected service life remaining vs. cost of replacement. You decide with full information.

Repair FAQs
Same week in most cases, and same day for active leaks. After a major storm we prioritize emergency tarping calls so water damage doesn't get worse while you wait for the full repair. Call 615-579-1901 and Joe will triage your situation directly.
It depends on the scope. Targeted shingle replacement and flashing repairs typically run a few hundred dollars; larger sections of damage or repairs that require deck work cost more. Every estimate is line-item, you see exactly what you're paying for and why. The inspection is free either way.
We tell you honestly. As a rule of thumb: if your roof is in the last 20% of its service life and has multiple active issues, replacement usually costs less over a 5-year window than a series of repairs. Our written estimate spells out the math so you can decide.
Yes. We document the damage with photos, write the repair scope to match your carrier's requirements, and we've found most insurance companies are willing to work with the homeowner on a fair claim. We can be on a three-way call with your adjuster if it helps.
We do our best to match, manufacturer, profile, and color. For older shingle roofs, a perfect color match isn't always possible because shingles fade in the sun, but we get as close as the available stock allows and tell you in advance what to expect.
Yes. Every repair we perform is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty on the work we did. The areas we didn't touch keep their existing manufacturer warranty.
Same-week scheduling on most repair inspections, same-day on active leaks.
