How long does the inspection take?+
Usually under one hour, depending on the size of the roof. We use modern diagnostic tools to do a thorough job without taking up your day.
Is it really free? What's the catch?+
No catch. The inspection is free and you're under no obligation to hire us afterward. If the report shows your roof is fine, we'll tell you that, we'd rather have a future referral than an upsold customer.
What if I'm filing an insurance claim?+
We work with all insurance companies. Most of the time they're willing to work with the homeowner on a fair claim, and we'll document everything we find with photos and a written report you can share with your adjuster.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?+
Not necessarily. If your roof is accessible from the exterior we can walk it without you there, then call to review findings. For attic checks or interior leak inspections we'll need access, let us know what works.
What if the inspection finds damage?+
You'll get a written report with photos and a line-item estimate. From there it's your call, repair now, repair later, replace, or hold the report for reference. We'll walk you through your service options and financing if you want to move forward.
