Not for the exterior walk, no. We'll document everything from the outside and share the photos with you. For attic inspections (to assess water-damage extent) we need interior access, so let's schedule a time that works.
How long does storm damage repair take?+
Targeted repairs usually finish in one day. Larger scopes involving decking replacement or multiple roof planes can take 2–4 days. If the inspection finds widespread damage and your insurer agrees to a full replacement, plan for 2–5 days depending on roof size and material.
Does the storm repair carry the same 5-year warranty?+
Yes. Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers every storm repair we perform, on the area we touched. Sections we didn't touch keep their existing manufacturer warranty.
